The business is now is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager that has had a background in managing and delivering Hard FM/Fabric Projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Day to day management of facilities issues and reacting accordinglyDirect Line Management for Facility Management personnelResponsible for planned refurbishment projects and preventative maintenanceBudget management for current & prospective projectsManagement of internal building fabric/hard FM projects with a collective value of £2millionProject Management of live projects from cradle to graveConducting tender processes to select contractors for both Soft & Hard FM projects, undertake negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to provide a cost-effective service and monitor the delivery of the servicesWorking closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure projects operate safelyResponsible for the physical security measures of the siteEnsuring all live projects are delivered within the agreed time lineRegularly review and implement new processes & proceduresUpdating and maintaining the central maintenance logWorking closely with the management team to produce strategiesGeneral management reporting THE PERSON Current experience of working within a Facilities Project Manager level role with experience of Project Managing Hard FM Fabric projectsExperience of managing internal building fabric projects up to a collective project value of approximately £2mExperience in minor design and preparation of as fitted drawings including use of AUTOCADStrong communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsComputer literate with MS Office TO APPLY: To please send your CV for immediate consideration.
