Apply now An established independent Estate Agents in Hove are currently looking for a talented and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. This is an exciting year for our personal, proactive and incentivised team and we are very keen to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual into the role of Sales Negotiator. Role: Sales Negotiator The role will involve: Registering purchaser details and matching them to available properties.Booking property market appraisals.Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasersGenerating New BusinessNegotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors.Extremely smart and well presented at all times, with a high level of attention to detail.Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.Opportunity for career progression.Ongoing training provided. The successful candidate will be: Confident sales negotiator with proven track recordAt least 6 months experienceExcellent customer service skillsAmbitious, reliable, trustworthy and act with integrityExceptional communication skills both verbal and written The right attitude is of equal importance to having experience of dealing with a varied customer base and the use of a CRM database ideally with an agency. It goes without saying that you need to be a complete multi tasker as well as highly motivated, enthusiastic and proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, great at communicating, a strong team player, highly organized and the capability of working independently or part of a team. To be considered for this position previous estate agency experience is required. Previous experience working in Hove or a similar market place would be ideal but is not essential. Please note, to be considered for this position a full driving licence is required
