They are looking for experienced lettings professional to join their thriving team. Areas of Accountability: Manage the property portfolio in order to maximise office income including the retention of properties and landlordsManage all property maintenance issuesLiaise with Landlords and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried outArrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC's and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislationArrange and carry out property inspections including reporting findings and arranging remedial worksConduct inventories, check in and checkoutsProcess all tenancy renewals and deposit negotiationsManage complaints from Landlords and Tenants through to resolution The Individual: Proven background in property management and lettingsPrevious experience within property maintenanceStrong complaint handling skillsSelf-motivation with a 'can do' attitudeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAble to work on your own initiative and as part of a teamExtremely well organised and able to prioritise your own workloadProfessional, positive, diligent and diplomaticPrevious experience with a lettings software would be an advantageFull, clean UK driving license is essentialARLA Qualification would be beneficial In return for this position my clients are looking to offer a basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 Basic (Depending on Experience) Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
