They are seeking a new 'Residential Sales or Lettings Negotiator/ Manager' to join their existing team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a logical work history either in Sales or Lettings or both and have knowledge of the areas of E14 & E16.Working with a supportive and dynamic team in a modern office and in a great location overlooking the river. Not a cut throat company, existing properties ready to sell and let in a sought after and up and coming area!! HUGE OPPORTUNITY.... The role (5 days a week)* Mon - Fri 9.30 - 6.30 * Sat 10 - 2 + half day off of your choice (one to be taken one Sat once per month) * Basic Salary of 20 - 25k on target earnings in first year of 45k * Great foundations in pace to hit the ground running, properties waiting on their books * New builds within a local vicinity hold plenty of future opportunities * Strong existing relationships in place The ideal candidate * Must drive with their own vehicle * Live locally (easy commute) E14 & E16 Knowledge* Experience in Property Sales/ Lettings essential (min 2 years) * Needs to be confident to run their own desk, exp of dealing with solicitors etc...
