Working on a retained and exclusive basis, they successfully execute assignments from Senior Manager to Board level, both Executive and Non-Executive, on behalf of an array of organisations from some of the world's most recognisable brands to start-ups. The Engagement Managers are responsible for overseeing end to end delivery of all client work in their respective areas (consumer, retail, digital & tech, fashion & lifestyle, media & entertainment, FS and Insurance). Responsibilities: Managing a team of Senior Research Consultants, Research Consultants and Analysts. Recruiting new talent, coaching and leadership of direct teams, driving peak performance, ensuring all team members has a clear daily/weekly/monthly focus and planOverseeing assignments from initial briefing to offer/acceptance stages. Including day-to-day management and hands-on delivery of client assignments, including team workflow and resource planningIndividual revenue generation and implementation of sales and business development strategies, partnering across the group with Directors and Engagement Managers to drive significant new group wins.Managing the full client lifecycle, including attending introductory, new business, pitch and client account management meetings You will have previous management experience within executive search recruitment, be ambitious and really want to make a difference, both to the organisation and to your clients. In return you will be rewarded with a salary up to £75k base, plus OTE and a variety of fantastic added extras alongside the usual company benefits; including uncapped incentives, an annual bonus scheme and share options (amongst many others).
