My client are looking to recruit a Compliance manager for the expending estate management division. PURPOSE OF ROLE: To ensure the compliant delivery of high quality residential and mixed use estate management services to partners and to deliver finalised and phased residential schemes into management. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure the administrative and practical tasks associated with new blocks, to be managed are efficiently undertaken, adopting systems and procedures associated with new/incoming business and finally to assist in the handover of schemes. This will include: ·Approve all new instructions. Complete with supporting documentation -Budget and apportionments -Accommodation schedule, Plot to Postal -Site Plans -Voids Policy · Ensuring the property is uploaded correctly. ·Internal liaison with relevant parties ·Completion entry and inputting ·Developing / Supporting Links with Other Departments. ·Reporting on Pipeline ·Lease / Reviews. ·Any other duties as assigned by your line manager. To support the integration of the team with other areas of the business, ensuring effective communication between departments. Skills and Competencies: *Commercially aware with ability to understand business requirements *Understanding of databases and the ability to interrogate information *Excellent communication skills both written and verbal *Diligent with attention to detail §Prioritise and manage own workload. *Excellent customer service skills *Strong ideas generation and team player, contributing to an effective, efficient process that supports the development of the business *Innovative and creative *Energetic and confident *Structured and organised *Honesty and integrity. The ideal candidate will also have at least 2 years property management experience and /or new build experience. Knowledge of Qube would also be preferential, but not essential.
