They are offering an opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual. This would be suitable for a new trainee or for someone with limited experience in estate agency work.A very competitive basic salary circa £18,000pa plus commission taking the OTE to a region of £25,000pa. To be considered for this role the ideal candidate will preferably have, but not essential, some sales experience. An advantage would be to have the ability to confidently carryout 'Cold Calling' via telephone and face to face to generate new clients/business. Training and support will be provided, and this new role will be adaptable as you progress your career with my client.
