Apply now EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a multiple office independent estate agency which has been established for many years which specifically covers the postcode of SE15 and the surrounding areas to recruit an experienced Lettings Co-ordinator to support this thriving lettings department. The role will entail providing administrative support such as the lettings admin to progress tenants to move in and the advertising of new properties to be advertised on the company website and portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla. The role: To work closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure the smooth running of the administrative side of the department To produce advertising and marketing materials for new instructions Produce ASTs, tenancy references, Gas Safety Certs and EPCs etc To assist with tenancy renewals and re-lets where necessary To keep the company website and advertising portals up to date Working closely with the lettings team to prioritise workload Dealing with incoming emails and phone calls Dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries The requirements: Must have 1 years experience working within Lettings Administration IT proficient with MS Office package Eye for detail and high level of written English Good understanding of the lettings process and regulations Confident communication skills and a professional outlook/approach Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast paced environment The benefits: £25K Basic Salary Longer term opportunities to progress your career Fantastic working environment To apply for this role please send your CV or alternatively contact us to discuss more roles within the Property and Estate Agency Sector
