Apply now ROLE- Engineering Technical Support Technician LOCATION- Henley-on-Thames TERM- Permanent SALARY- £21,000- £23,000 per annum (depends on experience) My client design and manufactures a range of mechanical equipment, and they are looking to take on a Technical Support Technician, on a permanent basis, in the Henley-on-Thames area. The Technical Support Technician will ideally have the following attributes: Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing or similar technical experience would be idealPrevious experience working within a customer focused role i.e Support, Solutions, Service positions would be ideal or have the desire to work within this positionGood problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent customer service skillsThe ability to work well alone as well as part of a team The Technical Support Technician role will involve: Providing excellent after sales service for the companies' product rangeProviding tech support and technical advice to customersTaking spare orders for spare partsEnsuring all required information is entered on to the CRM systemAnswering customers questions regarding a variety of matters (availability, product selection, performance and cost)Answering calls that are made to the enquiries line regarding pump productsReporting any customer concerns to the Customer Relationship ManagerMaintaining excellent knowledge of the company's products If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
