Permanent Hours: 830am until 5:10pm Monday - Friday Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Sector: Energy Procurement This is a permanent opportunity for an established Energy Specialist to work for a growing Energy Consultancy. We are one of many Energy Consultancies in the North East however our holistic approach to energy and our customer centric approach makes us very different to our competitors. You will be responsible for managing a small team and will lead by example. You will have knowledge of generating leads, building the pipeline and closing deals. We are looking for a candidate who is hungry to succeed and can really make a difference. There will also be the real chance of progression and development for your role in addition to the financial rewards. The Role: You will help to manage the growing team and be responsible for leading, motivating and ensuring that targets are met. In addition to this you will also be making calls, generating leads and helping to build the pipeline for the team. You will also support in closing deals for your team members. Resilience and enthusiasm is required along with a desire to meet targets and incentives. You will be working with people who have a proven track record in delivering high standards. Key Responsibilities Analysing CRM data and keeping client records up to dateMotivating and leading your team to successTeam management and developmentClient budget managementData analysis & weekly/monthly reportingPerform competitor analysisLead generation, building pipeline and closing deals.Hitting monthly targets in line with job type. Key Skills & AttributesIn addition to being professional, tenacious and enthusiastic our ideal candidate will have: Previous experience and a proven track record in energy sales at team leader/ management levelIndustry knowledge and expertiseLooking for a challenge, the chance to grow and develop your teamPrevious knowledge of working with CRMAbility to build strong relationships both internally and externally with clients and your teamAbility to effectively manage time and work towards deadlines, ensure targets, KPI's are achieved.
