Apply now This leading multi-site UK business is looking to hire an Employee Relations Specialist to take a lead on this new role being set up within a small team within the business. The candidate will promote a positive Employee Relations environment, developing and coaching stakeholders in delivering a legally complieant and consistent best approach. The candidate will be providing high-level, non-routine operational adivce and guidance to stakeholders and functions of the group across the full range of HR issues, including absence, discipline, grievance, TUPE etc. You will be working collaboratively with the HR Business Partner team and line managers on case management of individual complex, high risk, sensitive cases.
