Do you have a customer centred ethos, and love seeing people develop and grow?My client is a national leader in hospitality looking for an interim Employee Development Manager to come and join them in Chiswick. Through the use of blended learning you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of all training and development for 3,000 of the team, who carry out a range of non-managerial roles, including production all the way through to front of house.You will be experienced in producing and managing engaging, interesting and impactful learning. You will be organised, logical and methodical. You will have a passion for quality service and products. Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and the teams will be natural for you as will managing resources and budgets.The Learning and Communication Department is undergoing a huge transformation and as part of this they are enhancing their existing learning offer. As a key member of the senior learning team you will be instrumental in this change. The role will sit within the People Team and although it will be based in Chiswick, regular travel across our estate will be required.
