The role has emerged as a result of continued company growth consequential of an increase in demand.The Duty Operations Manager will be the first point of contact for staff and clients, particularly out of office hours, and are accountable for triaging major incidents, resolving or escalating as appropriate.The successful candidate will provide leadership for all departments on shift, making sure the operation runs smoothly for all customers' services at all times, providing a professional response at any time of day.You must have previous experience in a leadership role within a media/television/OTT organisation.
