The Role: Reporting to the Vice President of Sales you will: Adopt and embody our dynamic and exciting sales culture in all that you do. Source talented sales professionals via existing networks, social media and job adverts in order to build and grow your team over time Follow our structured recruitment process, including interviewing prospective candidates. Utilise corporate training resources to induct and develop new hires and continue to upskill your existing team in order to guide them to consistent success Build a bespoke business plan for each new hire and agree personal goals Work closely with your team's Sales Mentor to continuously improve the skills, knowledge and performance of your team. Ensure that your team closes NEW business consistently to meet and exceed monthly goals by supporting them in customer meetings and via 'in field coaching' Lead by example and provide first class coaching to develop your team to achieve great results month on month, year on year. Run regular coaching calls with all team members and be responsible for managing their daily, weekly and monthly activity. Produce daily and weekly Division level emails (performance updates, important announcements, celebratory emails etc.) Lead weekly and/or monthly Division level calls with head of channel / VP.
