This role reports to the Group Manufacturing Director. Key areas of focus for the role are: Defining and setting security standardsDesign and implement a risk and security strategy for the worldwide groupProvide training to first line managersStakeholder relationships at all levelsWorking with the Corporate Assurance & Risk departmentsInvestigations into theft or other security incidentsManage a team of the three direct reports heading up country security divisionsStaff coaching and developmentBudgetsKPI's Skills, Experience and Qualifications Ideally degree qualified or industry equivalentProject management skillsTeam leadershipRelevant security qualificationRelevant experience gained in a global commercial environmentBusiness knowledge of IT Security risks and ITGCGlobal delivery experienceAble to travelSecond language would be ideal but not essential This is an amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic global FTSE 100 business who are looking for a physical asset security professional.
