The Role Manage projects against time, cost and quality Managing resource plansEngage effectively with stakeholders across the business in person and through the delivery of regular and easy to understand reports The Person Experience delivering CMS platforms Prior experience delivering online personalisation projects Experience working on customer journey improvement projectsExcellent spoken and written communication skillsStellar presentation skillsHighly confident and emotionally intelligentCan deliver in fast-paced high-pressure environment whilst balancing competing priorities Very comfortable with and ideally interested in analytics and insight Why work for this business?
