To do this we need to have the right people, processes and systems in place. We need to be able to communicate with staff effectively and provide them with the information they need to do their jobs. The intranet is the platform through which we communicate, but ours is no longer fit for purpose. About the role We are looking for a brilliant Project Manager to lead an intranet overhaul over the coming months. Our intranet is no longer able to serve the needs of our staff and leadership and we need to put a new system in place that is fit for the future. The intranet needs to be a place through which we can communicate with staff in our London office, in other offices around the country and with our retail staff based in shops. We need to deliver this quickly and well.The role requires great organisational and project management skills, the ability to identify and build relationships with key stakeholders quickly, strong communication skills, the ability to craft digital content and support others to do so, and experience in training others to use a content management system. About you You should be a deadline driven, self-motivated and confident project manager with strong interpersonal skills. You will have experience of working on digital projects, competent at stakeholder management and pay attention to detail.This is a fantastic fixed-term role, and a great opportunity to develop your skills in a big and exciting organisation.
