Apply now The Digital Product Manager will play a commercial role in the team. The company will look to you to create and own the product performance and customer journey for their online and mobile digital channels. Key components include: Develop a deep understanding of their digital experience to review and challenge existing processes as well as developing innovative solutions that always put the customers first.You will lead the digital operation plan to ensure all targets and KPIs are met.The company will look to you to use your expertise to guide and advise your colleagues across the Customer Network, supporting the company to better understand and deliver for their customers.
