My client is looking for a digitally minded account manager to join their growing team. Working alongside the media, creative and sales teams to service existing clients as well as some new business, you will manage the creation, implantation and activation of programmatic media plans. Responsibilities/Duties Be the main point of contact for all account management mattersWork to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsRegularly deliver performance, road map and opportunity presentations to clientsCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunitiesAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededContribute to the overall development of the agencyContinue to develop your knowledge of the sectors clients work inAttend networking events/seminars Skill/Attributes: At least a years' experience working in the Media industry ideallyAgency experience would be preferableUnderstanding of the programmatic ecosystemAbility to build strong professional relationships with clientsAbility to individually identify and action on sales opportunitiesAnalytical, focusedGood knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointPassionate about digital, marketing and innovation
