Apply now Job Description: Transformation Project Manager Job Summary: Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), the Digital Project Manager is responsible for coordinating KHC's Transformation projects. Acting as a bridge between Strategy and the operational teams and functions the role will ensure the company achieves a return on investment from all digital tools and strategic projects. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.Ensure projects are delivered within agreed quality standards, risk parameters, timescales.Collaborate with all other strategy teams (Network, Tech, Marketing and R&D) to pick up and plan implementation of new initiatives, service lines and products.Maintain a relentless focus on improving the user experience and use data to drive strategy from identifying inefficiencies to showcasing improvement of changes.Help embed a "change ready" and "digitally transformed" culture.Facilitate departmental and interdepartmental workshops to ensure we get the best creative ideas and buy-in from all teams and prepare living training documentation and train end users in new tools and processes where required.Act as an ambassador for the business - representing our company and brand in a professional and friendly manner to our clients, partners and suppliers.Liaise with finance and other members of the organization in assessing, tracking and reporting the financial benefit ofall projects and coordinate communication of programme results by publicising goals, plans, progress and results.Be prepared to roll up sleeves and accurately update and utilise our bespoke and off the shelf IT systems (e.g. CHASEâ„¢ and Microsoft Dynamics).Act as Data Protection Lead and Project Manager for GDPR Implementation.Lead all teams to update their Management Process Manuals through championing the adoption of the company's online "Wikipedia" - the KHC Uni ensuring they are compliant to ISO 9001.Receive notice from Quality team of any non-compliant systems or processes and work with the relevant department to change processes and implement changes accordingly.Manage Change Control process for any changes made to processes by Strategy or any other department.Employees may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, per the needs of the Company.
