Apply now We are currently recruiting for the position of Design Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced business which has experienced substantial growth in the last few years, having built strong relationships with leading construction firms, architects, developers and electrical subcontractors. As Design Manager you will be responsible for a team of creative designers as well as developing, managing and maintaining the company website. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of creative designers and maintain or implement design processesProvide excellent management and leadership to the design team and work collaboratively with senior management and In-house product development teams.Manage multiple projects and maintain deadlinesWork with developers to enhance the websiteMaintain and update website with new content on a regular basisBe adept at writing creative copy that gets messages across by adopting a range of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience and nature of informationHave a proven record of accomplishment in building awareness and brand engagement with audiences, and raising awareness of the business's profile.Ensuring the team understand and are working to consistent standardsWork with developers to resolve any bug fixes in an effective and timely mannerEnsuring that product information is delivered clearly across all individual products displayed on the webManage all digital marketing campaignsIn addition to writing, editing and proofreading site content, you will also work closely with the product development and technical team to maintain site standards with regards to new developments Person Specific At least 3 years experience within a similar roleDynamic in manner and approach to problem solvingCommercial thinkerKeen attention to detail with an analytical approach to decision makingProven experience working with digital platformsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentGood knowledge of Adobe packages, Power Point, CSS and web editingAbility to liaise positively and professionally with colleaguesExperience in critical thinking and problem-solving skills & excellent attention to detailExtensively organised with the ability to prioritise where necessary and multi-taskExperience in forward planning and working to deadlines in a busy environment Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm
