Apply now Deputy Head of Banking Operations based in Birmingham paying £60,000 to £70,000 My client is a well established financial services organisation that is looking for an experienced Deputy Head of Operations to work in there prestigious offices in Birmingham. As a Deputy head of Banking Operations your role will be to manage the back office functions effectively and efficiently. Ensuring all SLA's are consistently achieved, budget management, handling internal & external audits. Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of quality and control measures, reviews, third party relationship management, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders etc. Essential Experience You will be an experienced Senior Manager / Operarions Manager from a back office function within Financial services or a banking environment. An experienced leader with excellent communications and stakeholder management skills. A strategic thinker able to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met.
