Apply now Deputy Care Manager East Devon £22-£24k We are looking for a Deputy Care Manager, in the Exmouth or Sidmouth area for our client who provides home help and companionship as well as personal care to older people in their own homes. The successful candidate will help them provide the best quality care to their clients, and support staff, so they can deliver outstanding support. The Role: Responsible for acting in the best interests of the clients supporting and monitoring quality and performanceEnsuring constant client coverMaintaining compliance and policyEnsuring 24hour availability via a on call rotaAppraisals of allocated Care GiversCarrying out Health and Safety ReviewsLooking after staff training, records, inductions & developmentCQC, inspection and compliance assistanceIntroducing new care givers to clients, and ensuring all clients and care givers are up to date with schedulesRecording client plans and activity, on client logs Participation in "On Call" duties as required, including weekend working and out of hours.
