Key objectives are to manage a team of warehouse operations staff and installers / drivers (25 people) ensuring operational SOPs are met whilst maintaining SLAs, compliance & quality standards. Responsibilities include · Monitor and manage staff productivity through agreed KPI framework · Ensure all compliance standards and records are maintained · Support delivery planning and central CS and admin team · Training and development of staff, including recruitment of drivers & performance reviews Candidate specification · Exceptional leadership, motivation and people management skills · Productivity and Performance management experience · Strong numeracy and communication skills · Cost budget management (desirable) · Keen on career progression and self-development Our client is a leading office supplies business with high growth forecasts in 2018 for its operation in the UK and Europe.
