The position will be for a minimum period of 2 months; however this is likely to be extended. The role requires dealing with a variety of debt recovery matters to include: Bankruptcy proceedings, issuing statutory demand, the petition for bankruptcy, using process servers, attending meetings with clients and debtorsHousing possession proceedings, issuing claims at court, drawing up witness statements, attending meetings, potential court attendance, reviewing paperworkGeneral debt recovery, issuing proceedings, warrants, judgements, chasing debt, making payment plans, charging order work If you are free to start work asap please get in contact and we can talk in more detail straight away.
