They are ahead of the times in getting their messages across to their consumers utilising platforms such as magazine and email subscriptions, radio and podcasts. They are looking for a Data Officer to join their team and help maintain existing databases to ensure they are being used to their maximum potential. The Role:* Perform data extractions across multiple business functions to ensure existing databases kept on top of and up to date.* Support members of the team by responding to database enquiries and data related questions.* Carry out routine data checks, cleansing and maintenance of existing databases to allow maximum performance and efficiency.* Create weekly dashboard to track and report performance.The Candidate: * The Database Officer will need to demonstrate proven experience of working within a similar capacity to ensure their ability to fulfil the role.* Demonstrate a good track record with Raisers Edge or other fundraising databases to help them hit the group running.* Have good report writing and excel skills to make sure all data and performance is tracked efficiently.If this role sounds like a great opportunity then please get in touch as soon as possible!
