This person will actively adapt and improve processes where necessary while having an acute awareness of data practices and the new GDPR guidelines. Proficient using the CRM software, Raiser's Edge, they will also train and upskill users where appropriate.Successful applicants will need to have demonstrable experience utilising Raiser's Edge for data selections, maintenance and manipulation as well as having strong IT skills overall. This person will also need to have an excellent eye for detail and will need to be a good, clear communicator.
