Key to their success is the ability to have internal teams that lead the market in terms of data and analytics and leveraging their own data capital, testament to which is another hire into the function early in 2018.Reporting to the head of the team, this is a great opportunity for a data and analytics specialist who has developed a wide portfolio of skills within this space and is now looking to develop their career further in a business facing role. This role has a strong relationship management element to it where exposure is great and you will work with various business units to define and deliver solutions using a wide range of technologies, and work with individual business lines to ensure they are taking advantage of the internal analytics available to them. You will build and develop your project management skills as you will be given responsibility to drive initiatives forward with those assigned business groups.Suitable candidates will need advanced skills in Excel, have good SQL and possess the ability to build long lasting relationships, understand business cases and build relevant solutions that help drive both decision making and team strategy going forward. Further to this, you will also need strong analytical skills as you will play a key role in both presenting and interpreting results for consumption by your business groups.
