Rec2Rec and Sales Recruitment is challenging, varied and fast-paced. You will initiate and manage appropriate recruitment campaigns to attract the top sales candidates to the needs and requirements of our clients. You will filter the applications that come in from your campaigns, and interview the candidates before accurately matching them with our clients. You will also proactively seek out new candidates using the recruitment tools provided. So what can we give you in return?
