Apply now Cutover ManagerAdvantage Resourcing is seeking candidates to apply for a role of a Cutover Manager / Delivery Manager, working with a leading Financial Organisation in Swindon. The role will suit a candidate who has worked as a Delivery Manager/ Project Manager who has been responsible for cutover strategy especially on regulatory programmes. This will be working on the BCBS 239 regulation. This role will be based in Swindon for an initial 3- 6 months. Overview In this appointment you will define, manage and implement into the business the cutover strategy for BCBS 239, including defining and the business approval for transition and end states where applicable. Excellent stakeholder management is required with senior committee members to define acceptance criteria, produce and agree variance analysis and deliver parallel run activity, and align this to the programme's implementation strategy.Skills *Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills at all management levels; *Conflict resolution skills; *Matrix management of project and BAU resources;*Experience in defining and implementing cutover and implementation strategies; *Ability to define transition states and align a delivery path to the strategic goals and TOM (target operating model) of the business; *Proven experience in leading the production of variance analysis.
