Apply now Hamlin Knight are recruiting for an experienced full time Customer Operations manager/Account Manager based in Coventry working for a leading distribution organisation.Hours of work are 37.5 8.30-1700 or 9-1730Working for the Corporate Team, responsibilities will include the implementation and early life account management of new customers. Acting as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders the role will be to successfully on board new business from current and new business.Responsibilities:*Account managing clients, face 2 face and over the phone*Implement new major account wins in a controlled and effective manor, ensuring early life support, SLA performance and account reviewed are strictly adhered to.*Create an inclusive working relationship with Key stake holders to ensure high levels of operational service to major clients.*Complete Pre-Peak Reviews and Post- Peak Reviews *Take responsibility for the implementation of new customers to, working along site Snr Key Account Managers and Key Account Directors to implement new business opportunities for existing customers.*Support Senior Key Account Managers and Key Account Directors during peak periods and through transition from Customer Operations to Account ManagementIn return you will receive £30k a year, company car, laptop and the opportunity to work for a well known distribution company with fantastic benefits.Apply now!
