Apply now Customer Support Engineer 3R Consulting are recruiting a Customer Support Engineer You will work in a small team in a helpdesk environment supporting national and international distributor and dealer networks. You will provide a complete engineering and technical service for a range of agricultural machinery, carry out commissioning of automated and automatic milking machines throughout the UK and overseas if required. You will assist with practical installation of products and report the progress, quality and issues identified whilst on site visits. You will assist in preparation, presentation and training business managers, dealers and distributors and work on a rota basis with other team members ensuring cover 24/7 in case of breakdown or failure of electronic systems and equipment. You will provide technical support via the telephone and written material regarding the products. Assist with technical documentation and be involved in the development program of electronic equipment and systems. You will have strong electrical knowledge, automation experience along with mechanical skills and 3 years in a similar position. You will have experience in the agricultural sector and ability to work independently and part of a team.
