Apply now Responsibilities: Work in close collaboration with commercial & functional colleagues to assist in the development of both short and mid-term marketing strategy to support commercial and customer aspirations, including the delivery of the annual marketing and integrated communications plan for the UK businessSupport the creation of appropriate frameworks for marketing initiatives to act as guidelines for customer, proposition and market developmentPartner closely with Insights and Analytical teams to ensure robust interpretation and actionable plans are formed around relevant data/insights analysis to assist in the marketing strategy creationRegularly review customer metrics and propose recommendations for action in relation to key indicators from the insightEnsure the development of a robust customer fact base with a clear focus on market intelligence, consumer trends, customer behaviours, regulatory environment etc. Ensure the use of this in relation to planning forumsWork closely with commercial and functional colleagues on the development and review of the UK business, ensuring innovation roadmap is aligned to the key business priorities and commercial realitiesRegularly review the marketing strategy and operational plans in terms of progress of implementation and prepare appropriate reporting Requirements: Experience of building marketing strategy through the use of data and insights Ideally B2C financial services experience or experience in a regulated environmentClientside or agencyDegree QualifiedGood stakeholder management skillsRelevant experience in social /digital marketing and communicationsVery strong customer focus and good attention to detail
