Apply now Customer Service Team Leader (Implants) Location: Weybridge Salary: £30k - £35k A number of key responsibilities: Responsible for the management of the Implants Customer Service team. Monitoring performance, organising training, having regular one to ones and implementing development plans when required.Manage the recruitment and retention of employeesDevelop, review and implement new business / strategic processes / projects working with all areas of the Management team and ITResponsible for ensuring Department Work Instructions are kept up to date and reviewed on an annual basisMonitor team performance daily and weekly with phone and email statisticsMonitor complaints entered on SFDC and make suggestions/take action for improvements where necessary.Responsible for auditing and quality requirements within the department Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience of managing or supervising a teamImplants backgroundTechnical experience Typical Background: Experience in dealing with customers via phone & e-mail to solve all queriesExperience of working in Customer Service environmentProven experience of managing a teamImplants technical experienceDemonstrated ability to review processes and proceduresComputer literature Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and all internal systemsExcellent people skillsWorks well under pressureA high level of accuracy and an eye for detailAble to present to various audiencesProven ability to meet tight deadlinesProven ability to prioritise your work and the teams workloads Please note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
