Apply now Our Kingston-upon-Thames based client are looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to report to their Service & Support Manager. The Team Leader will have 3 direct reports and will be tasked with line management of the team, providing strong leadership, setting team targets and developing team members. Main duties of the role include driving team efficiencies, provide a first class escalation service for customers, provide strong team leadership, manage the customer data records and processing purchase orders, handling credits for pricing errors and creating department reports. The successful candidate will be degree educated with previous staff management/team leader experience. You will have office support experience and be an excellent communicator with a highly organised nature. You will need a track record of training/coaching staff, able to organise and plan the team workload and be driven to providing customers with a first class service.
