Our client are offering an incredibly competitive basic salary of £25,000 and an immediate start - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a huge company!Our client offer incredible construction advice, materials and guidelines to a range of projects, varying from modest local developments to national infrastructure projects. Given their desire to offer an exceptional service to all of their customers, they are actively seeking one fantastic candidate to join their small office of 6 FTE. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: Handling 40+ daily inbound calls from customersTaking telephone orders and updating company records with accurate detail/informationFollowing queries/cases through from initial order to final completionContinuous monitoring of order progress to ensure fulfilment of customer requirementsMaking outbound courtesy calls to customers to ensure a smooth relationshipEnsuring all customers are kept informed and updated with any changes in the status of their ordersLiaising with production/dispatch personnel to resolve any issues/problemsIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:Experience in handling volume inbound calls and emailsArticulate telephone mannerAbility to work under pressure and to own initiativeExcellent attention to detail/administrative skillsGreat sense of humour and approach to workAs previously alluded to, our client are offering an incredibly competitive salary of £25,000. The working hours are as follows:Rotating shifts between the following:6.00am - 3.00pm8.00am - 5.00pmYou will also be working 2 out of every 3 weekend mornings (either the Saturday OR the Sunday, not both), with the following hours:Saturday: 7.00am - 11.00pmSunday: 6.00am - 10.00amYou will be able to work from home whenever you work on the weekends.Our client are looking to move very quickly on this role, so any interested candidates are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
