Our client is looking for an experienced customer service assistant to support their growing team. Responsibilities Providing front of house services to their propertiesResponding to resident queriesEnsuring a high level of customer service at all timesChecking In and Out on moving daysChasing any missed paymentsUndertaking inspectionsLiaising with maintenance teamWorking collaboratively with the wider team to achieve team targetsOn-boarding new starters to the teamUnderstanding and learning the student accommodation market as well as their competitors Skills: Confident liaising in person, telephone or emailExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to adapt quickly to customer requestsConfident chasing any late payments in a professional mannerStrong administration skills - MS Office, Email Able to work various shifts including some weekendsAbility to work across various locations if required The ideal candidate would come from a lettings or property background.
