The Position: Our client is looking for a Team Manager who can not only lead, motivate and recruit but can also set objectives and enhance performance on a daily basis. You will hold regular team meetings to communicate key metrics and to produce and implement a growth producing business development plan. You will support client retention by providing a top-class service, by ensuring compliance to procedures and by monitoring cost targets. You will review and update processes and produce management information designed to ensure the smooth running of the team and to encourage improvements to service levels. The Person: You will have experience of working in a fast-paced heavily regulated and process driven environment. You will have proven team management and team development experience within a customer service environment. You will also have proven leadership qualities with a collaborative hands on approach. You will have experience working with clients, providing a first-class service and ensuring that client needs are met in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner. You will have excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated and customer focused. Above all you will have the drive and desire to succeed in a stimulating, varied and dynamic environment. The salary for this full time permanent position is up to £30,000 per annum depending entirely upon skills and experience.
