Apply now Our Client is looking for exceptional Customer Liaison Advisors to join their team. The purpose of this role is to support the sales team in keeping in touch and caring for client relationships, this will involve participating in sharing product promotions and updates where required via outbound telephone calls and emails. Other duties may include various administration tasks such as processing and sending quotes for the customers, confirming appointments and building strong relationships with customers. Main Duties Process quotes within required time frame and follow up where applicable.Provide relevant sales analysis for Sales Executives prior to visits and when requested.Send out appointment confirmations.Update Company database with necessary details and liaise with other departments to ensure company data systems are kept up to date.Follow up sales opportunities and new accounts.Work towards increasing business and build good working relationships with customers.Make follow up calls from direct marketing campaigns.Provide literature and other supporting materials where requested to customers and Sales Executives.Provide administrative support to Sales Executives when required.Follow up discount changes and report back to the Sales Executives.Understand the product ranges and be able to discuss these with customers within company standards.Make outgoing phone calls to meet targets set by the Team Leader/Manager to ensure product promotions are shared with customers.Assist the Customer Services department when neededTo carry out any other duties as and when required to facilitate the effective operation of the company as directed by the Customer Liaison Team Leader, Customer Services Manager and other senior managers and directors. Qualification's Skills and Experience Excellent communication and listening skillsPrevious experience in Customer Services and relationsExcellent telephone mannerA polite, confident and friendly mannerA good working knowledge of Microsoft officeTo enjoy working with customers and building working relationshipsA positive attitudeTo be well organised and thorough, even under pressure GCSE English and Maths Grade C and above
