As such, they are looking to expand their team by bringing on a Customer Journey/CRM Planner. In this role you will design and iterate customer journeys, touchpoints, channels and messaging. You will execute digital media programmes including direct and programmatic display. The client is looking for someone with creative / communications planning experience in conceiving what the customer journey could be and what the channels and messages would be used to support it. This along with client visualization.
