Due to continued success they now seek an experienced Customer Care professional to join their team. Your new roleWorking with and reporting directly to the Company Director you will be responsible for the day to day coordination for all customer related queries, taking incoming calls, liaising with sub contractors, suppliers and technicians, ensuring that all works are completed to a good standard. You will also be responsible for all supporting administration as required. What you'll need to succeedExperience working in the new home/house building sector is essential for this post as are excellent customer service skills. A professional telephone manner, attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload are also important to the role. What you'll get in returnTraining will be provided on the system and internal procedures. The company are based in pleasant surroundings, with a good local road network and on site parking. Due to the location of the site a car will be essential.
