I am keen to hear from enthusiastic and personable Credit Controllers, that not only can chase outstanding payments but want to support our customers in arranging repayments on overdue accounts. Main Duties Inbound and Outbound telephonic collections on a portfolio of overdue accountsProcessing Debit and Credit card payments over the telephoneArranging repayment arrangements with overdue accountsSending correspondence via email and letter Must have's Previous experience within a credit control roleMinimum of 2 week's notice periodExcellent communication skillsProven track record of building rapport with customers
