An important requirement for this role is some experience of cycling and the passion to become a brand ambassador and expert in the field. The successful candidate will have solid experience in branding, marketing and design, ideally within an eCommerce environment. Key Responsibilities: Leading the creative vision of the business through defining and developing the visual digital product across multiple platforms including web, app and social mediaLeading and developing a multi-disciplinary team consisting of UX/UI, Product Managers, Visual Designers and CopywritersBeing the voice of the brand through having an expert understanding of the customer and wider marketEnsuring that the quality of design reflects the brand across all touch points Skills & Experience: Superb verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and manage the teamOutstanding attention to detail, highly organised and analyticalThe energy and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving working environmentSolid branding and marketing experience, ideally within an outdoor sporting or eCommerce businessExperience in / passion for cycling is highly desirable Location: Central London Salary: Flexible dependent on experience To be considered for this unique opportunity, please click "Apply" or contact me (Jack Barber) directly; /
