Apply now Job Title: Country Transport executive (Fares and Ticketing) Location: South West London Hours: Monday- Saturday* Shift work Salary: Competitive Presentation For our London offices, we are looking for a candidate who can be co responsible for the efficient, accurate and smooth Running of the transport department. Key Responsibilities ; Creating bookings in both Amadeus and in-house reservation systemCheck travel documents and send to agents and clientsEffectively completing all transportation requests within 4 hours (wherever possible)Finding the best flights and pricings for the client in line with their needsSupporting the call centre and clients with any changes to their flightsIssuing / reissuing ticketsSupporting the Transport Manager with ADM's, ACM's and other BSP requirementsFinding effective and cost-efficient group flights for the Meetings and Events departmentProactively looking out for notices of airline strikesCommunicating any potential transport issues to both the call centre and clients in a polite and helpful manner Skills Required ; Understanding of the airline industry, airline rules and regulations, airline partnersAt least 3 years working in ticketing/ travel agencyAdaptable and flexible in approach to workExcellent verbal and written communication skills
