As a hybrid role, this will allow you to gain exposure to full cycle M&A transactions, Private Equity and Growth Stage Venture Capital.Supporting the founding partners you will be client facing and will assist with all aspects of the transactions and appraising the prospective investments along with helping to manage the portfolio.As a organisation they operate internationally and have been involved in a number of cross border transactions which is set to continue, and given the sector specialisms this will open up international travel to the USA (e.g. LA & New York) and Europe.The PersonInterested? You will need to have had some M & A exposure or have operated in a deals environment coming from a boutique, practice or industry.Ideally you will be degree educated with a finance qualification either CFA or ACA/ACCA or CIMA with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.Given you will be working with two successful entrepreneurs; they require this individual to have a similar mind set and be open to getting involved in all aspects of the transaction.This role would suit someone who has had enough of the red tape within a corporate environment.
