They have an opportunity for a Corporate Actions Manager to join their growing Edinburgh operation. With extensive corporate actions and asset servicing experience at team management level, you will quickly become effective in leading the corporate actions team. Main responsibilities:- Managing a corporate actions team in a client facing environment - Supporting clients with qualitative and timely event information- Ensuring that the team's work is compliant, in particular adhering to CASS, SYSC & COBs rules- Providing leadership and development for the team- Updating the team with regulatory and procedural changes The successful candidate will have strong corporate actions experience as well as knowledge of the instruments involved and the regulatory environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary, with a background of success in a similar client facing environment.
