This temporary opportunity is likely to be for a period of three months with the possibility of an extension Role: Responsible for the management and performance of a portfolio of contracts for a public-sector organisation and delivering a high level of tenders from start to finishInterpreting, implementing and contributing to the development of policies, procedure and processes for contract development, contract negotiation, contract monitoring and performance managementManaging supplier relationships, adherence to KPIs and continually assessing quality of service and/or product to ensure effective, value for money delivery from the supply chain Preparing monthly reports and working closely with internal and/or external stakeholders Person: Previous Contract or Procurement Management experience or equivalentNegotiate on difficult and controversial issues including performance and changeManaging activity, projects and business informationStrong analytical skillsEvidence of performance management and improvementStakeholder management experience.Exceptional interpersonal skillsExcellent IT systems knowledge and experience
