Apply now A great opportunity has arisen to join a leading Financial organisation and we are looking to recruit an enthusiatic, motivated Contact Manager, You will be responsible for managing activities within the Collections and Recoveries department, with a variety of tasks from leading projects, to overseeing the contact activity on a day to day basis within the department. You will also be monitoring the effectiveness of different strategies and operational KPI's keeping an eye on trends that may impact performance, a great influencer who will sometimes needs to challenge and question key stakeholders to ensure strategies are in place, and remain compliant. This role will cover many areas of the business from retail banking and commerical collections and recoveries. Key requirements for this role Strong influencing skills. Stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and present data trends.
