Apply now We are currently working for a leading Construction Consultancy who are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Project Manager, to lead a high profile, high value project in the Logistics sector in south Yorkshire.Duties will, include: Delivering projects from initial discussions through to handoverManagement and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handoverPreparation of various programmesManagement of meetings, taking and preparation of minutesPreparation of progress reports and presentation at monthly client meetingsRunning a competitive tender process including managing queries from tendering contractorsManagement of multi-disciplinary project teamsIdentify and develop potential opportunities to secure more business To fulfill the role, you must be an experienced Project Manager, qualified MAPM or MRICS or similarSalaries for the role will be negotiable depending on experience and level with an excellent supporting benefits package including car allowance and exceptional bonus structure.
