As part of their planned continued expansion they require experienced individuals who will contribute to their success, whilst upholding their reputation as a leading provider of quality MRO services with our European and Middle Eastern customers. Opportunities have arisen for composite technicians / inspectors to work in their Operations Business Units. This is an ideal opportunity to learn new skills and be part of a diverse team. You will be time served in a relevant discipline (with trade papers or an equivalent mechanical qualification) with mechanical experience and an understanding of technical manuals, blueprints, inspection and working to ISO quality standards, ideally within the aerospace industry.Experience:*Composite repairs.*Fastener installation or engine build up experience.*Wet layup and pre-impregnated repairs.*Honey comb core and Structures. *Vacuum bag Experience.Detailed measurement and torqueing applications would be highly beneficial. Good communication skills both written and verbal are required and candidates will be required to demonstrate numerical, literacy and computer literacy skills. In addition, an understanding of the principles of Lean/Continuous Improvement would be advantageous.A training period will take place for successful candidates and candidates should be prepared to undertake shift work.
